I had an unpleasant experience previously with another '1/6th scale company'. Took them forever to respond...*sigh*...

Desmond, same thing happened to one of my friend regarding Dutch's hand peg.
I think you can ask HT for replacement, provided you still got the receipt purchase.
Bro, I don't think I can get any replacement as I didn't buy it from local official dealer "Action City". I bought it from other toy shops.
